 The multi-lingual talent of ROBBI KUMALO or ROBBI K as she's often called, is known across the nation for her dynamic story telling and singing as a children’s music and theater personality.
In addition to performing for more than 50,000 children annually, for the last 15 years, Robbi K also works as a Lincoln Center Institute for Aesthetic Eductation trained teaching artist with the C.W. Post Institute for Aesthetic Education @ the Tilles Center.
Robbi has recorded and/or performed with legendary artists including Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Vieux Diop, Eileen Ivers, Daniel Rodriguez, Deepak Chopra, Michael Amante, Ashford & Simpson, Patti Austin, John Hiatt, Arif Mardin, Bakithi Kumalo, Jewel, Diana Ross, Rod Stewart, Mary J. Blige, and Harry Belafonte among others.
You can catch her other talents when she performs exhilarting world and jazz music concerts with her husband and their band, KUMALO. Listen for Robbi's voice on TV and radio commericals as a professional voice-over artist.
